IPW Closing Event - Wednesday, May 24

Description: Help us close out IPW 2023 at the Alamo with an unforgettable evening highlighting all our cities across the great state of Texas. You will help with wayfinding, greeting and check in, support our sponsors and other event duties as needed.

Positions include:

• Event Setup/close out

• Sponsor Assistant

• Greeter

• Check In

• Wayfinder

• Entertainment Assistant 

Locations: The Alamo 

Attire: Volunteer Uniforms, each volunteer will receive a IPW Shirt and lanyard. The shirt is to be worn with a self-supplied, clean and well-maintained pair of black pants or skirt. Please be sure to wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. The official uniform is to be worn during all volunteer shifts.
